Our founder and lead consultant is Gavin Milne. Gavin has a unique skillset honed over careful career choices, consciously focussed upon becoming the most rounded and effective consultant and change agent possible.
Having operated in industry Gavin observed that all too often support consultants would rely on their experience, intuition, or gut. Often their solutions were a replication of things they had applied elsewhere, and little time was taken to understand the detail of the specific organisation. They also seldom used standard, tried and tested business improvement tools or principles such as Lean Six Sigma or similar frameworks.
Gavin is different as at his core he is a facilitator of improvements. He is experienced in using Lean Six Sigma Principles and other management techniques to run effective improvement activities, while utilising the skills and experience of the key individuals inside organisations. This approach ensures that changes last, and deliver the savings required.
