We can facilitate Strategy Creation exercises to allow a strategy to be developed that identifies clear objectives and specific projects that will allow the business to develop quickly towards its Goals. Often strategies lack clear projects or tasks that must be achieved to ensure that the business moves towards its overall vision. We will use Lean Six Sigma tools and our wider experience working in industry to create a Strategy that everyone is aligned with, and that has specific tasks for individuals to complete that will maximise the likelihood of success of the overall Mission.

We have experience of developing teams by applying the ‘Good to Great’ and ‘Level 5 Leadership’ philosophies. We use these principles to identify why your organisation is not moving as quickly towards its goals as may be possible, and work with Senior Managers, Directors, and Boards to identify gaps in the businesses Leadership and overall Team dynamics. From this we will support the organisation in developing their teams through creating agreed Leadership Behaviours and coaching individuals towards performing at these required levels.

We can review your organisations against the “Cultural Web” principles and help to identify key behaviours within the organisation that are driving the businesses current culture. This could be the identification of a great culture that we may wish to build upon by reinforcing the behaviours that the organisation wants, or it could be identifying areas that are creating the culture that the business does not want.
