This week, I’ve been working with an ambitious organisation to ensure they don’t fall into that trap. We’ve just finalised their full 3-year strategic roadmap, and the approach we took was built on reality, not just theory.
Beyond the Buzzwords
While we established the foundational Purpose, Mission, and Vision, the real magic of our sessions happened during the translation phase:
